StarLux is a small, intentionally focused Border Collie program based in Franklin, Pennsylvania. Our dogs are bred for balance in structure, temperament, and purpose, with close attention to how those qualities develop and hold over time. Each breeding reflects deliberate choices shaped by experience, observation, and respect for the breed. Our focus is consistency rather than volume, and long-term soundness rather than short-term results. We value dogs that move efficiently, think clearly, and integrate comfortably into both performance and companion homes.

​Our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing in adherence to the health testing standards set by the Border Collie Society of America. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in our breeding practices and doing our part to improve the breed.
